A message from the board of trustees
Many projects have been accomplished this year with the help of volunteers from our church membership, as well as those with expertise in their fields, e.g. tree trimming, tree removal, window installation in the sanctuary, refreshing and renewal of garden areas around the church, and tree planting by the scouts.
Presently our endeavors include new lighting and new flooring in Wood Hall, the hallway, and the classrooms, as well as painting of areas within the church building.
Most of the labor requiring contractors was either donated or done by a decrease in cost. We were able to keep up with the financing of these projects with funds from our church dinner, Auto Show, and a grant from Franklin Mills.
Work to improve the condition of the parsonage is also ongoing and nearing completion.
The trustees want to thank all those who helped, and are still helping to improve our church home. Please remember: maintenance and upkeep are ongoing, and a need for volunteers is unending.
